Harriet Louise Burgess was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend was called to internal glory and peace on January 6, 2018. Harriet was born on March 6, 1950 in Norfolk County, Virginia to the late Ella Louise Eason and Linwood Joseph Eason Sr. She was educated in Norfolk County, Virginia. She retired from United Maintenance after many years. Harriet love to color, plant, cook and being a homemaker. Harriet was also a very strong woman and she fought hard till the end never giving up hope. She was a great listener, always gave great advice and never judged. She was also so very sweet and caring and had the biggest heart ever she was always about family. She leaves to cherish in her glorious memory her loving husband Walter L. Burgess, two children Kelvin S. Eason and Karen L Eason; one daughter in law Tye Eason; six grandchildren, Jordan, Chris, My’asia, Randi, Briana and K.J.; 3 great grandchildren Leilani, Trason and David; 2 Sisters, Mary Edwards, Deborah Eason; six brothers Isaiah Eason (Jeanette), Edwin Eason (Alvania), Linwood Eason, Jr., Shelton Eason (Evelyn), Neal Eason and Leroy Eason. One sister in law Barbara Burgess, six brother-in-law’s, Raymon Burgess, Donald Burgess, David Burgess, Leon Burgess, Stevie Burgess, Michael Burgess and a host of nieces nephews cousins that she adored. She truly loved you all. All is Well and Shall be Well and All Matter of things Shall Be Well! -Harriett
