Eugene Spence Frazier, Jr. was born to the late Eugene S. and Betty Ruth Frazier, Sr. on November 5, 1954 in Norfolk, VA. He was called to claim his mansion on January 24, 2018. He attended Norfolk Public School System. As a young man he was an apprentice, in which his trade was plumbing. He advanced in his skill so well, Eugene eventually worked for himself. He was known as a “Jack of All Trades”. Eugene was very outgoing. You felt his presence when he entered the room, making the first impression a memberable one. Eugene is predeceased by his brother; Gregory Frazier, sister; Stacey Frazier and Karen Frazier. He leaves to cherish his prescious memories, one daughter, Selma Moore (Norfolk), one son; Terrell Watson (Jayda)Norfolk, 2 granddaughters; Jalia Beale and Tanasia Watson, brothers; Malcolm Frazier (Chesapeake), Glenn Frazier (Tara)Woodbridge, VA, Mario Frazier (Chesapeake), Trent Frazier (Orlando, Fl), Lorraine Barnes (Norfolk) his Fiance’ and a host nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Rena I’m truly sorry for the loss of your loved one. We look forward to the day when all those in the memorial tombs will hear Christ voice and come out, John 5:28,29 Please go to for more encouragement.
