On Monday, January 8, 2018 Adrian Parker Rodriguez received his wings. He was surrounded and supported by his loving family and caregivers. Adrian greeted this world on Monday, October 6, 2008, in Findlay, Ohio, this ‘gamer’ was born to Kowanda(Koko) and Leon Rodriguez; and the little brother of Ariana and Alex, whom he affectionately called Bubba and La-La, respectively. Adrian was a 3rd grader and ‘A’ Honor Roll Student at Northern Shores Elementary School. He was a member of the Field of Morals Infinity Court #003, under Rose of Sharon Grand Chapter#002, Order of the Eastern Stars. As a toddler he always had some type of gaming controller in his hands, and grew to become an avid gamer, known to many as Solace Anooy. He especially loved his PS4 and playing Call of Duty, amongst many other games. He loved dancing, playing practical jokes on others and always claimed the ladies called him “Adri.” Adrian never tired of giving to his friends and family. Through his strength, courage and unrelenting optimism, he was an example, a role model and inspiration to many. He lived everyday to its fullest; and did everything he wanted to. Adrian is survived by his mother, Koko and stepmom, Janiece Benjamin, his sister, Ariana, brother, Alex and stepbrother Gerard; his father Leon, stepmom, Monique and stepsister Ashley. He also leaves his Godmother, his BAE (Best Aunt Ever) Regina Tindal. He is survived by the ‘love of his life’ and girlfriend, since Kindergarten, Miley Maciariello. His best friend and Minecraft buddy Alexander and his ‘travel coordinator,’ Aunt Monica Sparks-Williams. His maternal and paternal grandparents; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins. He will forever be remembered by the teachers and students of Northern Shores Elementary School, Solace gamer community, nurses, doctors and cancer families of Children’s Hospital of King Daughters Cancer and Blood Disorders Unit, Norfolk, Virginia, Duke Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina, and the men and women of Exodus Grand Lodge and Rose of Sharon Grand Chapter. Remember his smile, kisses, hugs and love; family meant everything to him.

Lolita Whitfield Continued prayers n comfort for you all! Much love!!

Ann BWe are so sorry for your loss. The death of a love one can be extremely difficult to cope with. Many have found comfort through the promises found there in Gods word the Bible especially the promises found there at 1Cor.15:26 and Acts 24:15. The Bible repeatedly speaks about the elimination of death and a time when we will see our love ones again. Take comfort in those verses mentioned earlier and do know our prayers are with you during this difficult time...Mary Ann

Mrs.Jordan To The Family, I want to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I also want to share the comfort of John 5:28,29 where we are promised that those who have fallen asleep in death have the hope of receiving a "resurrection " back to life. Life on an earth restored to a beautiful paradise. Psalms 37:11 says, "The meek will possess the earth and they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace." While we await that wonderful time please find comfort in these promises.
