Interment Information

Interment-Private

Dwayne Tracy Faulkner, 54, born March 25, 1963, to the late Vicula Faulkner and Selester Sawyer. He exited this life to enter into eternal rest on Friday, December 29, 2017. Dwayne is predeceased by his best friend, Ronald Townes and his dear friend, Patricia Morris. DWAYNE “BIG WAYNE” FAULKNER was a father, son, brother, loving uncle and dear friend. Dwayne was a character within his own right. He enjoyed spending time, energy, and effort in/on his possessions (the infamous DTracy truck), in which no one could touch or utilize. Dwayne had a very unique way of expressing his love and discontentment equally, arguing with love ones and later communicating with them as if prior issues never existed. Unfortunately, his compromised health and battle with Diabetes led to his untimely demise. Dwayne endured many challenges and obstacles in his short life span, yet he remained strong and loving, many times nerve irking, and a big kid at heart. Although, he has vacated his earthly dwelling, he is & will be loved always …TODAY …TOMORROW…FOREVER! He leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter, Krystal Faulkner; three sons, Lamar Faulkner, DeVontae Morris, and Tavaras Williams; beloved sister that spoiled him rotten, Lorna Faulkner; special niece, Yolanda Arps; nephews, Deshawn Faulkner, Michael Faulkner, Bobby Hawkins and Donte Watson; great nephews, Quaantis Faulkner, Tyshawn Spencer and Isaiah Spencer; special friends, Eddie Goodman, Cathy “Kitty-Kat” Childress, Robert Harris and Rosetta Brown; best friend, Russell Rogerson and an extended host of siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jennifer Ward My condolences to the Faulkner family Lorna I am so sorry for your loss Dwayne had a smile on him that would light up any room he walked in I will miss his laughter.

The Edmonds Family We send you our deepest sympathy. We know losing a love one is the hardest thing to deal with. The Bible brings us much comfort. We have found 1 Corinthians 15:26 and Isaiah 25:8 very reassuring and comforting. It lets us know that God will do away with all causes we have for suffering, as well as sickness and death. Knowing this has always comforted us and it is our hope that these thoughts will comfort you and your family as well.
