Antione R. Page, Sr. devoted father, brother, son, uncle, teacher and friend, went home to be with the Lord on May 7, 2017. A friend to everyone he met, Antoine will be missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Deloris and Gwendell Paige, Sr., and brother, Lamonte Paige, Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Sharron, sons, Antoine II, Travis and Kyler, grandchildren, Aniyah and Travis, three sisters, Domergue Chavis (George), Sylvia Duzant and Pamela Powell (Roy) and six brothers, Gwendell Paige, Sr. (Lynette) Andre Paige, Roderick Paige, Tracie Paige, Sr. (Pamela), Troy Paige and Lamonte Paige, Jr.. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Izetta Henry, two sisters-in-law, Sandy Burns and Voncile Karriem (Jehad), brother-inlaw, Robert Henry (Lohoma) and god-sons, Bryan Paige and Tyler Pierre. Antione graduated from Granby High School in Norfolk, Virginia in 1979. He graduated from Virginia State University in Petersburg Virginia in 1987 with a B.S. in Physical Education. He was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Alumni Chapter in Chesapeake. He taught in the Norfolk Public School System for twentynine years. He was also employed for SNG at Sentara Behavioral Health Services for over twenty years. Antoine was a member of Greater Grace Ministries, Norfolk, VA.

Linda To the Family. Losing a love one in death is a trying time for all. Jeff Gray I only knew Mr. Paige for a short time while working with him at Norfolk SECEP. He was always kind and curtious to everyone. I believe I speak for everyone in the SECEP family that he will be truely missed, but never forgotten. RIP Mr. Paige

Walt Green I would like to extend all of my condolences to the Paige Family. Met Antoine in 1970 @ Lindenwood Elem and we later attended VA State University in the 1980's. "Jug" always was smart and optimistic w/ a great sense of humor. Rest in peace, my brother!

Tony Cross (SECEP) Man....This is still so hard to believe....Paige was a great father, friend and role model for a lot of people. I'm going to miss his encouraging words and great sense of humor. My prayers are with his family. RIP Paige :(

Justice Green Mr. Paige was a good coach for basketball and football my first year at SECEP. Mr. Paige and I had a good relationship. I still remember when he told me, "Boy, you look real sharp when you not in school." I, out of all students, will really miss Mr. Paige. He always made something spicy to eat for lunch. Mr. Paige will be miss by everyone in our school and n the community. I love you Paige.

Rose Williams I was sorry to hear of Antoine's passing, and offer my deepest sympathy to his family. I was a co-worker of Antoine and was please to know him and to watch him teach and interact with the students at SECEP. He truly had a positive impact on all he came in contact with, leaving a lasting impression. Rest in peace. Rose Williams, fellow teacher.
