Taresha Terrell Spencer was educated in the City of Norfolk Public School system. Although she was legally blind, she did not approach life as if she had a limited life-style. She is predeceased by her grandparents, Ethel and Arthur Spencer; Martha C. Hayes and Joe H. Hayes, Jr.; and mother, Tammy Terrell Spencer; uncle, Arthur Spencer, Jr.; uncle, Antoin Hayes; cousin’s, Antione Spencer, Darrell Spencer and Dornette Spencer. Her cherished memories will be held by her father, Stephan Hayes; brother, Cameron Spencer; aunt, Brenda Green (Christopher), aunt Jeanette Lyles (Wallace), aunt, Carol Spencer, uncle, Ron Spencer, aunt Barbara Spencer, uncle Ronnie Hayes (Delores), aunt Sherron Taylor(Angelo, Sr.), missing aunt Sherrell Williams and aunt Josette Walker(Jeffery). She held a special place in her heart for her uncle Wendell Spencer. “TeeTee” was the family go to person if you needed a babysitter. She loved caring for children and was readily available if you gave her a call. Her favorite color was purple. Air Force One’s were always complimented on her feet by a stylish pair of jeans. Her father, Stephan committed to their scheduled outings of grocery shopping, laundry errands and mall shopping. Since Tee Tee had “Good” fashion sense, it was a requirement for her dad to ensure she had her outfits linedup in her closet. She held a close tie to her brother Cameron. Because she was a very protective sister, they communicated as often as they could over the phone. Lastly, reading was a passion of Tee Tee’s and the use of a specialized Reading Machine made it possible for her to enjoy this past-time event. Order

Linda To the Family. Losing a love one in death is a trying time for all. I just want to give the family some comfort and hope from God's word, which gives the assurance that one day we will see our dear love ones again. ACTS 24:15 And I have a hope toward God, which hope these(men) themselves also entertain, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteuos and the unrighteous. Certainly while we await for these wonderful promise, I hope the family truly find comfort knowing this wonderful hope from Gods word.
