In the early morning hours on Friday, April 14, 2017 it was with the divine desire of the Lord to call his daughter, Beatrice E. Dozier, home. She was born on November 13, 1923 in Chesapeake, VA. She was married to the late, Columbus M. Dozier, Sr. for 73 years. She was a dedicated housewife, mother and grandmother. She leaves to cherish her memories, three sons, Charlie Dozier (Stella), Ray Dozier and Kelvin Dozier (Avis); two daughters, Joyce Simons (Bobby) and Sylvia Dozier, all of Chesapeake, VA.

Natisha Wilson On behalf of the family we send our prayers and condolences. May the Lord continue to comfort you during this tough time.

The Edmonds Family We send you our deepest sympathy. Words cannot console when we have loss someone we love in death. The Bible provides the finest basis for encouragement. 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4 calls God "the God of all Comfort." Just imagine being comforted by a God that knows what we need and provides it at the right time to bring us comfort and to help us cope. The Bible at 1 Corinthians 15:26 lets us know that death is an enemy that will be done away with. Knowing this has brought comfort to us and it is my hope that these thoughts will comfort you and your family as well.
