Barbara Ann Kelly passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. She was predeceased by her parents, Louis F. Kelly, Sr. and Doris M. Fornville Kelly and one sister, Carolyn F. McLean. She is survived by her loving family of two brothers, Louis F. Kelly, Jr. and Rev. Michael E. Kelly (Sharon); two sisters, Regina Kelly Ridley and Linda K. Baum all of Virginia Beach, Va and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
