William Swain, Jr. “Butch” 77, entered eternal peace on November 16, 2017 at his residence. William was born on September 7, 1940 to the late William Swain and Henrietta Hinton. He was a native of Chowan, NC. He worked for Estes for over 20 years. He loved life to its fullest. He was well known by the community in Berkley. William was predeceased by his wife, Priscilla Swain; his sisters, Ruby Michell and Mary Gibbs and his daughter, Tammy Foster Madrick. He leaves to cherish his loving memories his sons, Maurice Lamont Parker and William Swain-Foster both of Chesapeake, VA; sister, Ada Kirby of Virginia Beach; 14 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
