Ebony Cook I remember being a senior in high school at Booker T Washington High School in Norfolk VA. I needed two math classes in order to be able to graduate the following June. When I tell you this teacher did not play any games and was determined that I would pass her class. If I missed assignments or failed a test she would make me do it over. She knew I could do it and had it in me. When I finally did graduate, I made it My besiness to find her and give her the biggest hug ever. I would not have made it with out her.I still to this day tell others about the wonderful and very supportive math teacher that just would not let me fail. She was the absolute best. I just thank God for her. Rest in peace Mrs.Owens!!😇 I will never forget you. My condolences to the family.
