Blondine “Deanie” Booker of God was called home by her heavenly father. She was born in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Blondine employed for 34 years in the federal government. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude Squire and Blondine Squire, sister, Mary Lee and daughter, Juniell Pace. Blondine leaves to cherish her memories her loving sons, Chris and Cardell; daughter, Rosalyn Colyer; 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and also mourning her passing and yet cherishing her fond memories are her brothers and sisters, Claude, Samuel, Val, Timothy, Altear, Floyd, Waddell, Deidra and Shenita. Blondine loved reading her bible, cooking, traveling, shopping, laughing and lots of jokes from sons, Cardell and Chris. She loved the Lord, life and people, always willing to go and do even if it meant being a help to someone else. She was a proud grandmother. She loved bragging on her gifts from her sister, Shenita and grandson, Leon. She also loved going to Captain George’s with her grandson Leon. We will miss her smile and her presence.

Linda My deepest Sympathy goes out to the family, losing a love one in death is a very trying time. Please find comfort in knowing what the bible says about the opportunity of seeing our dear love ones again under the very best conditions @ Isaiah 25:8 . Please also go to JW.org for more encouragement from God's word for our dear love ones .

You and my sister Terry gave me so much joy laughing at you two and them numbers all the time and the time they went to see a psychic. God bless the family you all are so much like Blondine, love you all and hope to see everyone again at a different time. Hang in there and remember all the wonderful times. Stay blessed.

Willie Williams Blondine had an infectious smile and laugh that lit-up a room. She was always available to lend a listening ear and her "Pimp Walk" was a sight to see. Rest in Peace.

Loretta Wilkins I used to supervise Blondine before I retired. Blondine was a person who would do anything you asked. If she didn't know she would find out. To the family thinking of you with Sympathy and caring. May God wrap his arms around you during this time. Loretta Wilkins & Family

LaVerne' R Jones To the Family, Blondine was a loving fun person who came into our family thru my sister Terry A. Murphy. We loved her as a sista and will miss her dearly. She always carried a smile on her face especially when she was playing her numbers. She would say "I Have To Play My Numbers Girl". This saying will be missed but will remain in my mind of her and as a dear friend. Love, Blessings.

Delores B. Clemons My heartfelt condolences to Blondell’s family. Your loved one was very special to many of us at NSC/DDNV NORVA. I still remover her genuine smile and upbeat attitude which made her very lovable. When she was hospitalized many years ago, we all prayed and cried until she recovered and shared what she experienced. God blessed her with a miracle then and she blessed us upon her recovery. There’s no doubt that she’s “Absent from the body, but present with the Lord.”

Cheryl Evans Blondine aka "Deanie Beanie" as I would call her was an awesome, caring, giving and loving lady. She would always take time for others by giving you an encouraging word, sharing her wisdom and of course she always had a way to make you laugh. Rest in peace Deanie Beanie and thank you to making our world a better place.
