Mr. & Mrs. Troy & Fay Goss Integrity, generosity, affability. These are just a few of the wonderful patriarchal qualities that we came to know to be true of Uncle Leon first hand. He treated us no less than a son and daughter, and gave us the blessing of his joy of life. From Uncle Leon grilling peaches for us on a whim to Auntie & Uncle opening their home up to us in a time of sorrow. God has an endless lawn for you to ride your mower on. We can proudly say every Leon ever related to us that we knew, was a great father, husband and friend. Surely as heaven has gained, we'll miss you Uncle - Troy & Fay --------------------------- 2 Corinthians 1:4 (NASB) ...who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

Takeia Allmond We're missing our rivalry buddy really badly right now. Who'll give Chauncey a hard time about his beloved Cowboys! I think we'll make an exception this Sunday and root for the Redskins! You told me that at least Uncle Leon is no longer in pain and that is of some comfort I'm sure, but I'm praying for you Aunt Connie. My heart breaks that yours is breaking right now. I pray that this scripture would bring long lasting comfort. Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." We love you, but more importantly God loves you and is near.
