Tiffany T. Marshall –Chesapeake, affectionately known as “Tip Tip” slipped into the arms of Jesus in her sleep on Thursday, December 28, 2017. She was gifted to her parents Willie and Cynthia Marshall, April 30, 1977. Tiffany graduated from Western Branch High School and attended Norfolk State University for 2 years. She was a former Sales Representative at Wal-Mart. Tiffany had a heart of compassion and was an advocate for those she felt were less privileged. She received the Lord as her Personal Savior and was a faithful member of United Full Gospel Revival Ministry (Norfolk, Virginia) Pastor Marcus Wynn. Her passing leaves her two sons Xavier Brown and Kitrelle Marshall; her parents Willie Marshall (Father) and Cynthia Marshall (mother); her brother Pastor Marcus Wynn (Jacqueline) along with her Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews and a host of family and friends heartbroken who will feel her absence deeply.

Cynthia Marshall I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your prayers, cards, text, calls, flowers and your presence. This is truly the most difficult experience that I have ever had to go through. You with your compassion and prayers helped me through this, thank-you from the depths of my heart. To my CACI family thank-you so much. To my church family, UFGRC Ministry there are no words that can express my thanks for all that you did for me during my bereavement. To my family and friends, thanks you so much for your support. I am so saddened by the loss of Tiffany but each of you have helped me so much. The tears still flow,no matter how hard I try to dry them. I will miss her so much but I will never forget her and always cherish her memories. Please continue to pray for her son's, father and her brother, plus her extended family. From all of us to all of you, Thank-you so much!

Melody Bryant Tip, the last time I saw you, just you n I, (outside of family functions) you called me up because you had a gift for me. I pulled up to your Dad’s, and you had gotten me all kinds of councealers and make up brushes. I never told you how much that meant to me, that you took the time out of your day to try n help me advance my craft. Your life, made things a little bit brighter, n I’ll never forget you. I love you so much. I’m honored that we were family.
