Kenny was born on April 21, 1969 in Brooklyn, New York. After graduating from high school, Kenny joined the Navy and received an Honorable Discharge, upon discharge from the Military Kenny decided to reside in Norfolk, Virginia where he met his wife. They were blessed with each for 23yrs of marriage. Kenny enjoyed watching Karate movies, spending time with the family and grilling (steaks). He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Felicia Frazier; daughter, Kenae Frazier; son, Kaiden Fields; step-sons, Travis and Wesley Phelps; grandson, Khalil Phelps; brother, Eugene (Nina) Graddick; sisters Vanessa, Edwina, Lucinda, and Jametta (Hussein) and a host of other relatives and friends.

Gail Calhoun-Bell Kenny was a special co-worker. He showed that he cared for people, taking time with them as he did his job. He will truly be missed by his Shipyard family. May God comfort his family.

Kim Washington It has saddened me to hear of Kenny's passing. I just found out 'today'. Very Heartbreaking. Kenny was a very kind hearted person and I will miss him dearly. RIH (Rest in Heaven) Kenneth.

Lisa Rediger I was so saddened to hear of Kennys passing. As an administrative assistant at Newport News Shipbuilding, I was able to get to know Kenny when he would come to my department to tag and inspect appliances. I will miss seeing his smiling face and listening to him talk about his family, grand baby and his dog. May God comfort your family, my sincere and heartfelt condolences.
