Quincy F. Ford, 66 passed away on April 5, 2017. He was born in Alabama to Ola Bell Ford and the late Horace Ford, Sr. Quincy retired as an Assistant Project Superintendant after 40 years of service. He was a member of Tabernacle Church in Portsmouth, VA and was a member of the Male Usher Board. Quincy is survived by his wife, Jacqueline D. Ford; daughters, Coretta Fennell, Delvetia Lewis and Natasha Ford; sister, Mary Ann Ford; brothers, Horace Ford, Jr. and Benny Ford and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Rob Eskridge So saddened to hear of Quincy's passing but rejoicing because I know where he's spending eternity. I worked several projects with him and always had great respect for him and the way he treated everyone. My deepest and most sincere condolences to Jacqueline and his entire family.

John Holton, Sr. I had the pleasure of working with Quincy for many years in X-38. He had the greatest sense of humor and an infectious laugh. I will truly miss him. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families & friends who interacted with this wonderful man. God bless all!
